Hunter Street Organic Markets (Newcastle)
Do you only buy organic produce? Then the Hunter Street Organic Markets is for you. Grab some super-fresh fruit and veggies, fragrant flowers, sweets, grass-fed beef and much more. Of course, you will also find many locally made art and craft products, toys, cakes, strawberries, fashion, jewellery and more with a varied selection of stalls available on different days.

Blue Knob Farmers’ Market (Lismore)
Feel good about your shopping by picking up your goods from the Blue Knob Farmers’ Market. The goal of this market is to focus on sustainability, specifically in the growing and selling of local goods. Taste the difference of these farmers’ fruits, veggies, seedlings, wood-fired breads and mouth-watering pastry goods. You can also find great homemade products that are sure to hit the spot! If you prefer, you can also use the local grain mill to grind your own grains.

Owned and operated by the award-winning Hawkesbury Harvest collective, the Castle Hill Market has been operating since 2002 and boasts approximately 60 stallholders. You’ll be competing with thousands of shoppers for fresh, local produce that has come straight from the paddock to your plate. You’ll find fresh meats, vegetables, fine foods, jams, honey, olive oil and more.

Foragers Market (Wollongong and Bulli)
This weekly farmers and artisan market showcases some of the tastiest, freshest and local produce to the Wollongong community. From the paddock to the ocean, you’ll find everything you need to create flavourful dishes at home right here. The Foragers Market is held in two convenient locations: Wollongong and Bulli. Not only is this a market; it is a place where local producers and farmers can connect with other locals in the community. Chat to backyard gardeners, meet home-based producers and get some great tips for getting the most from your groceries.

Mudgee Fine Foods Farmers’ Market (Mudgee)
Enjoy shopping in the picturesque grounds of St Mary’s Church, where the Mudgee Fine Foods Farmers Markets are held. Everything sold here has to be baked, smoked, grown, cooked or made within a 100-mile radius of the town. Mingle with stallholders and peruse their wares, which can include bread, olives, wine, lamb, fruit, jams, sauces, pickles, fudge, goat cheese, fresh vegetables, macaroons, sausage rolls and more. Get the kids involved with children’s cooking classes, available at most markets.
